HETAS - the official body recognised by government to approve solid fuel domestic heating appliances, fuels and services. Hetas Provide the Customer with a Certification of Compliance.
Our Stove Manufacturers - where applicable

Couriers - if product is being delivered directly to the customer
Gas Certified Engineer - where applicable
Quickbooks - our accounting platform that we use to store customer information and compile Estimates, Invoices and send Sales Receipts
Barclaycard - who oversee the use of the card machine at the showroom

Your information is securely stored on our Computer system. Stored away safely at our office.

We keep details of our customers for up to 12 months. If we do not hear from a customer or have not carried out work for that customer for up to the period of twelve months we then delete them from our system. We will then dispose your information by:

For information stored on the office computer we delete the relevant files in regards to that customer
Any information we have on a paper copy is shredded
If we have any images in regards to a job we have carried out for the customer these are deleted off of our system.
If we have any printed imagery it is shedded
